Relax on the large deck, cook an amazing meal on the outside kitchen, and watch the farm animals meander by.

Within 5 minutes of Tuggerah Westfield, the restaurants, the cinema and various other activities, or 10 minutes to Ourimbah State Forest for mountain biking, 4WD or Enduro.

The space

Your private acreage, 20,000sqm all to yourself and not visible to any other houses. Your cabin includes:
- 600sqm fenced off private area with parking for two vehicles.
- Large deck with Outdoor Kitchen and BBQ
- Main bedroom: Double bed
- 2nd bedroom: Single bed
- Lounge room: Queen Sofa/Day bed
- Mains water with Instant Gas Hot Water
- Air Conditioning, Fridge/Freezer
- Induction Cooktop, Microwave and Coffee Machine
- Eco Friendly Composting Toilet
- 240v Solar and Batteries (with Emergency Generator)

Guest access

You have access to the rear paddock and forest trails in the immediate area located directly around the cabin. This area available is approximately 20,000sqm/5 acres.

Amenities: You have exclusive access to the cabin and deck. Please do not access any other buildings, other paddocks or farm structures on the property without prior consent. This includes the main hosts house, garages, swimming pool and sheds.

Occupancy Limits: Your cabin has a maximum of five guests. Please note, the cabin is most suitable for three guests (two adults and a child), with up to two additional guests able to use the queen size sofa bed. No visitors or additional guests are allowed on the property without written consent

Other things to note

Your cabin is located in a private area located at the rear of our property.  Access is via a worn grass and dirt track and can generally be accessed by a 2WD car without any issues. You will need to open and close some gates. If your car has very low ground clearance, or it is/has been raining heavily, please contact us. We can arrange for you to use our Farm Buggy to access the cabin. All part of the Farm life experience ;-)

Farm Animals: While our animals are very friendly, we ask that if you'd like to interact with them, or help us feed them their favorite food, please let us know first. We want to make sure your experience is safe and fun. We can offer guided property tours, animal feeding, buggy rides and other farm experiences, which is a great way to spend an hour or so. Please let us know and we can discuss some options with you. We'd love for you to experience some of what we do to look after the farm.

Fire and Firewood: We recommend you plan on having a small cosy fire on the deck. This creates an really warm and beautiful atmosphere at dinner time and is a great natural bug repellent in summer if you have the deck lights on too. The fire adds a nice amount of warmth on the colder days or nights too. You can collect small sticks from the property but you must not collect "logs" or pre-cut wood. Firewood can be supplied for an additional fee, or BYO firewood is also a great option. If you'd like help with this, please don't hesitate to ask. Kiya, our daugther, is a Scout and Mandy is a Scout Leader. We'd be happy to share some outdoor skills and tips with you.
